Anda Laal Masala

I have made a few changes in the recipe

Ingredients:
4 boiled eggs cut into half
6 kashmiri red chillies
Salt
1 tsp vinegar
5 almonds soaked
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp tamarind extract
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Half tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp oil
Few curry leaves
1 onion chopped
Coriander leaves

Method:

  • Soak the red chillies in warm water for half an hour. Grind it with salt, vinegar and soaked almonds
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the curry leaves and onions till brown
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and the red chilli paste
  • Add salt, kasoori methi, coriander powder, garam masala powder,, turmeric powder and tamarind extract and fry for a while
  • Sprinkle little water to keep the paste moist
  • Add the boiled eggs and garnish with coriander leaves
