Ingredients :
A Bunch of coriander leaves
Half bunch of Mint leaves
10 garlic flakes
A small piece of cinammon
1 big chopped onion + 1 small chopped onion
1 tsp turmeric powder
3-4 green chillies
2 tsp ghee
1 tomato- chopped
Salt
Curry leaves
Boiled eggs- 6
Tandoori chicken masala- 2 tsp(optional)
Method :
Fry coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic flakes, cinammon, big chopped onion, turmeric powder, green chillies and tomato in ghee for 6-7 mins and Grind into a fine paste
Heat some oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, small chopped onion. Saute for sometime. Add the ground masala, salt and a little water and bring it to a boil. Add tandoori chicken masala boiled eggs. Mix well. Serve with rotis or ghee rice
