Ingredients :
Prawns- Half kg
Rice flour- 2 tsp
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric pdr
3 tsp tamarind pulp
Salt
Oil- 2 tsp+ 2 tsp
Broken Kashmiri Red chillies- 5
Chopped cashews- 6
Curry leaves-1 sprig
Method :
Marinate the Prawns with rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric pdr, tamarind pulp and salt for 2-3 hrs in the fridge.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add the prawns and cook till done. Add water if necessary. keep aside
Heat 2 tspoil in a separate pan, Add broken red chillies, Cashews and curry leaves. Fry till cashews turn brown. Mix it with the prawns. Serve hot
