Ingredients :
To be ground to a paste:
3 green chillies
1 inch of ginger
2 tsp jeera
5 tsp sugar
2 big chopped onions
Coriander leaves
1.5 cups bansi rawa
1/4 cup bombay rawa
salt and water
Method :
In a big bowl add chopped onions, coriander leaves, bansi rawa, bombay rawa, salt, the ground paste and water. Mix well. Keep for 20 mins.
Take a handful of mixture and pat it on a tawa into a round shape with the help of your fingers. Drizzle ghee.Fry on both sides till brown.
