Ingredients :
To be ground into a paste :
Kashmiri Red chillies-6
Onion- 1 small chopped
Tomato- 1 small chopped
Garlic flakes-3
Jeera- 1 tsp
Vinegar- 1/2 tsp
Salt
Red chilli pdr- 2 tsp
Turmeric pdr- 1 tsp
Seer fish- 3 pieces
Salt
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Chopped onion- 1
Coriander leaves- for garnishing
Method :
Apply red chilli pdr, turmeric pdr and salt to the fish and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add curry leaves and chopped onion. Fry till brown. Add the ground masala, little water and fry till the raw smell goes.
Add the fish, cover and cook till done. Garnish with coriander leaves
I tried this today and believe it or not ,it was perfect and I LOVED IT :) thanks a lot .
