Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
2 sliced onions
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp red chilli pdr
2 tsp garam masala pdr
1 chopped beetroot
Salt
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups water
Method :
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add sliced onions and fry till brown. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli pdr, garam masala pdr and chopped beetroot. add salt. fry for 5 mins. add rice and water (1:2 proportion) and pressure cook it (3 whistles)
