Ingredients :
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup grated coconut
6 garlic flakes
3 chopped onions
Marble sized tamarind
5 roasted red chillies
1 tbsp coriander seeds
Salt
Method :
Grind coconut, chillies and tamarind. Make a coarse paste. Add coriander seeds and grind again for 3 seconds. Keep aside
Heat oil in a kadai. Fry onions till it becomes brown.
Add garlic and fry for 2 mins
Add the cauliflower florets, water, salt and cook till cauliflower becomes soft.
Add the masala and cook on a medium flame for 6 mins
