Ingredients:
5 boiled eggs cut into half or quarter
2 chopped onions
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp garam masala pdr
1 chopped tomato
2 small green chillies
1 bay leaf
1 cup curds
Salt
Coriander leaves to garnish
Method :
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry till brown. Add ginger paste and fry for a while. Add red chilli pdr, turmeric pdr and garam masala pdr. Add chopped tomato, green chillies, bay leaf and fry till tomato becomes mushy.
Add 1 cup curds and fry till oil leaves the sides.
Add water, salt and bring to a boil. Add Boiled eggs. Garnish with coriander leaves
