Ingredients:
1 cup frozen or fresh green peas
3/4 cup grated coconut
6 kashmiri red chillies
Marble sized tamarind
1 chopped potato
2 chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
Salt
Coriander leaves to garnish
Method :
Make a paste of coconut, red chillies, and tamarind.
Boil green peas and 1 chopped potato in a pressure cooker.
Heat oil in a pan, Saute onions. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till it becomes mushy. Add the paste and fry for 5-7 mins. Add salt and enough water. Then add the green peas+potatoes and bring to a boil. Garnish with coriander leaves
