Ingredients:
1 packet maggi
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup boiled green peas
Salt
2 tsp + 3/4 cup gram flour
Oil to deep fry
A pinch of baking soda
1 tbsp chilli pdr
Method :
Make maggi as per instructions on the packet. Do not add much water. Add chopped carrots and boiled green peas. Allow it to cool. Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle 2 tsp gram flour for binding. Make lemon sized balls. Keep aside.
Make a batter using 3/4 cup gram flour , baking soda, salt, red chilli pdr.
Dip the maggi balls in the batter and deep fry till golden brown
