Mushroom Chettinad


Ingredients:

2 tbsp grated coconut
2 garlic flakes
Small piece of ginger
1 clove
1 tsp coriander seeds
5 pepper corns
A small piece of Cinammon
1/2 tsp jeera
Few curry leaves
1 tspred chilli pdr
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr.

2 tsp oil
2 kashmiri red chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 packet mushroom cuts into quarters
Salt
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method :

Dry roast grated coconut, garlic flakes,  ginger, clove,  coriander seeds,  pepper corns, cinammon,  jeera,  curry leaves,  red chilli pdr and haldi pdr. Roast till coconut changes colour and make a fine paste.
Heat oil. Add dry red chillies, mustard seeds and fry. Add  chopped onion and fry till onion changes colour. Add the ground paste and fry well. Add chopped tomato. Mix well. Add mushroom and  salt. Cook till done. Garnish with coriander leaves
