Ingredients:
For Kofta:
1 cup Boiled vegetables (Carrot, green peas, potato, cauliflower)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp pepper pdr
2 tsp maida
1 tsp rice flour
Salt
Oil to deep fry
For Gravy:
1/2 onion + 6 cashewnut paste
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp coriander pdr
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1/4 cup cream
2 tsp oil
1 bay leaf
2 green chillies
2 tsp red chilli pdr
2 tsp garam masla pdr
Salt
Coriander leaves to garnish
Method :
Mash all the boiled vegetables. Add the remaining ingredients except oil. Make balls and deep fry
Heat oil in a kadai. Add bay leaf, onion cashew paste and fry for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and fry till the raw smell goes. Add garam masala pdr, chilli pdr, turmeric, coriander pdr and salt and fry for 3-4 mins
Add water and bring to a boil. Add the koftas, cream and simmer and cook for 2 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves
