Ingredients:
1.5 cups Dosa rice
1/2 cup Urad dal
1/2 tsp methi seeds
A pinch of baking soda
3 chopped onion
Coriander leaves
Salt
Method :
Soak Dosa rice, urad dal and methi seeds for 5-6 hrs.
Grind it into a smooth and thick paste. Allow it to ferment overnight. Add alt and baking soda in the morning.
Mix chopped onion, salt and coriander leaves in a separate container
Pour a ladle of batter on a hot tawa. Do not spread it. Sprinkle some onion mixture on the top. Drizzle oil and fry on both the sides till crisp. Serve with chutney
