Ingredients:
1.5tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1/2 tsp methi seeds
8-10 kashmiri red chillies
2 tsp oil
1 cup grated coconut
Small ball of tamarind
Half pineapple cut into bite sized pieces
3/4 cup jaggery grated
Salt
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Few Curry leaves
Method :
Fry coriander seeds, urad dal, white sesame seeds, methi seeds kashmiri red chillies in a little oil. Allow it to cool.
Grind it along with grated coconut and a small ball of tamarind
Boil pineapple pieces and jaggery in water till soft. Add salt.
Add the paste and bring to a boil.
Season with mustard seeds and curry leaves
