Ingredients:
15 Kashmiri red chillies
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp jeera
5 garlic flakes
A small ball of tamarind
Salt
2 tsp oil
Few curry leaves
1 chopped onion
5 slices of Pomfret fish
Coriander leaves to garnish
Method :
Grind red chillies, Coriander seeds, jeera, garlic flakes and tamarind. Make a fine paste. You can store this in fridge for 2 months
Apply salt and 1 tsp of this masala to the fish and marinate it for half an hour.
While making the masala fry, heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, chopped onion and fry for sometime. Add the masala 4-5 tsp. fry for 2 mins. add enough water. Add the fish. cover and cook till done. Garnish wid corianderleaves.
You can make this with any fish
