Ingredients:
3 potatoes
Salt
2 green chillies
3 tsp hing
4 tsp grated coconut
2 tsp rice flour (Optional)
2 tsp mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
2 broken kashmiri red chillies
Method :
Boil potatoes in cooker. Cut them into small pieces. Add enough water, salt and green chillies and bring to a boil. Add hing.
Grind grated coconut wid a little water and add it to the potatoes. This is added to make the gravy thick. If you want it more thick you can add rice flour diluted in water.
