Rajma Dal


Ingredients:

1 cup  toor dal
Half cup Rajma
3 green chillies
1 chopped onion
3 flakes garlic chopped
1 inch ginger chopped
1 tomato chopped
3 green chillies
Red chilli pdr
2 tsp ghee
Salt
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method :

Soak Rajma for 2-3 hrs.Wash toor dal. Pressure cook rajma, green chillies and toor dal with 2.5 cups of water for 15 mins. Transfer into a vessel. Bring it to a boil. Add salt. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add jeera and chopped garlic and ginger. Fry till garlic turns slightly brown. Add onion. Fry till it becomes translucent. Add tomato and red chilli pdr. Mix well.  Add this to the dal and cook for 5- 10 mins on a low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves
