Ingredients :
3/4 cup Dosa rice
1/4 cup toor dal
1 cup grated coconut
8-10 roasted red chillies
Marble sized tamarind
2 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
Method :
Soak Rice and dal for half an hour.
Gring coconut, chillies and tamarind till smooth. Add the rice+dal and grind for 4-5 seconds.
Add onions and cabbage. Add salt. Mix well. The mixture has to a a bit dry and salty. Do not add much water. Steam it in idli moulds or jackfruit leaves for 20-25 mins
