Ingredients:
1 pasket Mushrooms
2 tsp oil/ghee
1 chopped onion
2 green chillies
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp chopped ginger
6-7 cahewnuts
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garam masala pdr
1/4 cup cream
Salt
Coriander leaves to garnish
Method :
Cut mushrooms into halves. Heat oil/ghee in a pan. add onions and fry till golden brown. Add green chillies, tomatoes and chopped ginger. fry for 5 mins. cool it and blend it along with cashewnuts. make a fine paste.
Heat oil. add the blended paste and saute for 3 mins. add red chilli pdr, sugar, garam masala pdr, cream, water and salt. add mushrooms and cook till done. garnish with coriander leaves
