Ingredients:
1.5 cups of sprouted green gram (moong)
1 chopped potato
2 chopped onion
1 cup grated coconut
6 roasted red chillies
Marble sized tamarind
Salt
2 tbsp oil
Method :
Wash the sprouted moong and boil it with salt and potato till it becomes soft.
Grind coconut, red chillies and tamarind into a smooth paste.
Add this masala to the moong. Bring it to a boil.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onions till dark brown and add it to the moong.
