Ingredients:
1.5 cups Dosa Rice
1.5 cups puffed paddy (Laayi)
5 tbsp grated coconut
Grated jaggery (as per taste)
1/4tsp baking soda
1 tsp Cardamom pdr
Method :
Soak the rice for 5-6 hrs. While grinding add puffed paddy (soaked in water for 5 mins and squeezed), grated coconut and grated jaggery. Keep it for 4-5 hrs
Then add 1/4tsp baking soda and cardamom pdr and make appos in Appo Kadai. Fry it with ghee
