Ingredients:
Half kg Ash gourd cut into large chunks
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp sona masoori rice
1/4 cup grated coconut
3 tsp cumin seeds
5 green chillies
1 cup thick curds
2 tsp hing
2 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
Salt
Method:
Boil ash gourd with salt till it becomes soft.
Dry roast chana dal and rice.
Grind grated coconut, cumin seeds, green chillies and roasted rice + chana dal.
Add it to the ash gourd. Add curds, salt and bring to a boil. Add hing. Mix well. Season with Mustard seeds and curry leaves
