Baby Surnali (Sweet dosas)


Ingredients:
1.5 cups dosa rice
3/4 cup grated coconut
3/4 cup puffed paddy(laayi)
3/4 cup curds
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup grated jaggery
1/2 tsp baking soda

Method:
Soak Dosa rice for 5 hrs. Drain water and add grated coconut, puffed paddy, curds and salt to the rice and keep for 15 mins. Grind it by adding very little water. Add grated jaggery and grind again. Keep it overnight to ferment. Add baking soda. Mix well.
Heat a non stick pan and pour a ladleful batter and cover and cook on one side.
Serve with a dollop of butter or fresh homemade ghee
