Egg Parantha


Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
2 cups Wheat flour
Water to knead the dough

Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and saute till it changes colour. Break the eggs one by one. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well and scramble the eggs. Allow the mixture to cool.
Knead dough using wheat flour, salt and water, Stuff 2 tbsp of mixture in each paranthas, Roll a thick parantha and fry on both sides with ghee/oil
