Instant Rawa Idli


Ingredients:
250 gms Fine rawa
2 tsp Ghee/Oil
2 tsp mustard seeds
1.5 tsp urad dal
3 finely chopped green chillies 
5-6 chopped cashews
500 ml curds
1/4 tsp baking soda
Salt
1/4 cup Boiled vegetables (Carrot, green peas)
Coriander leaves

Method:
Heat ghee in a pan. Add  mustard seeds. Allow to splutter. Add urad dal, green chillies and cashews. Fry till cashews change colour. Add the Fine Rawa and fry till u get a nice aroma. Allow it to cool completely.
Add the curds, baking soda, salt, vegetables and coriander leaves. Pour it in idli moulds and steam for 20 mins
