Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
few cashew bits or groundnuts
1 sprig curry leaves
3 green chillies chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt
juice of 1 lemon
Coriander leaves to garnish
Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds. When they begin to splutter, add curry leaves, urad dal, cashew bits/groundnuts. When the urad dal changes colour, add green chillies. Fry for a min and add pre cooked rice, Turmeric pdr, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves
