Ingredients:
250 gms paneer cut into small cubes
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1 tbsp oil
2 diced onions
1 chopped tomato
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
3 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
3 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp kasoori methi
6 cashews
Salt
Coriander leaves
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. saute onions till brown. Add chopped tomato and fry till mushy. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a min. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and kasoori methi and fry for 2 mins. Swtch off flame and Allow it to cool. Make a smooth paste along with cashews.
Transfer it in a kadai. Add the paneer, green peas, salt, water and cook till done paneer gets cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves
