Ingredients:
2 medium Raddish
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 chopped onion
2 cups wheat flour
Sallt to taste
Water to knead the dough
Method :
Grate the raddish. Squeeze out all the water. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder and chopped onions. Set aside.
Knead dough with wheat flour and little salt. Roll a small circle. Place the stuffing over it. sprinkle a little bit of salt. Close the ends and roll it again and then fry it on a tawa.
Note : Add salt only while placing the stuffing on the circle.
