Paneer Sukka


Ingredients:
250 gms paneer cut into cubes
2 tsp oil
2 tsp coriander seeds 
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp methi seeds
1/4 tsp mustard seeds 
6 garlic cloves
4 kashmiri red chillies
3 round red chillies roasted
Marble sized tamarind
1/4 tsp turmeric powder'
1 cup grated coconut
Salt
2 tbsp Ghee
2 chopped onions
1 sprig curry leaves

Method:
Roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, methi seeds, mustard seeds, garlic and kashmiri red chillies in 2 tsp oil till you get a nice aroma
Grind it along with round red chillies roasted, tamarind and turmeric into a smooth paste. Add the grated coconut and grind again for 5 seconds
Heat ghee in a kadai. Add chopped onions and curry leaves and fry till onions turn dark brown. 
Add the ground masala and fry for a min. Add paneer, salt and cook till paneer is done.
