Ingredients:
1 measure dosa rice
1/4 measure urad dal
1 tbsp toor dal
1 tbsp chana dal
1/4 tsp methi seeds
1/2 cup puffed rice (soaked in water and squeezed)
Salt
Method:
Soak rice, all dals and methi seeds for 4-5 hours. Grind it with puffed rice into a smooth batter and ferment it overnight
Add salt to the batter and make thin dosas and fry on one side till crisp
