Ingredients:
1 measure Moong Dal
1 measure Dosa rice
1 measure Urad Dal
1 measure Maida
1 measure Rice flour
Salt to taste
Method :
Soak Moong dal, dosa rice and urad dal for for 4-5 hours. Grind it and allow to ferment overnight.
Meanwhile mix maida and rice flour in 5 cups of water. And set aside for 1 hour.
Discard the water from maida + rice flour mixture and mix it with the ground batter. Add salt. Make a medium thick batter adding enough water. Make thin crispy dosas
