Ingredients:
3 potaoes cut into small cubes
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp oregano seasoning
2 tsp pepper powder
Salt
3 tsp oil
Method:
Heat oil in a nonstick kadai. Add cumin seeds, potatoes, oregano, pepper powder and salt. Cook till it becomes crisp. Preferably use a non stick kadai. Do not add water and do not cover
