Ingredients:
Kashmiri Red chillies- 6
1 packet of mushrooms
5 tsp cornstarch
Oil for frying
2 medium onions
Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method :
Soak red chillies in warm water for 30 mins
Cut mushrooms into halves. Sprinkle cornstarch and deep fry in very hot oil. keep aside
Dice the onions and saute them in a little oil till they turn a little brown. allow it to cool. grind it along with soaked red chillies and tamarind pulp. make a fine paste
Heat oil in a pan. add the ground masala, salt and a little water and saute for sometime. Add the mushrooms. serve hot
