Ingredients:
2 cups raw papaya cut into cubes
3 tsp oil
10 garlic cloves
3 dry red chillies
Salt to taste
2 tbsp grated jaggery
3 tbsp grated coconut
Method :
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in the garlic and red chillies. Saute till garlic changes colour.
Add the papaya, salt, jaggery and half cup of water. Cover and cook till the papaya becomes soft,
Add the grated coconut and serve
