Ingredients:
6 slices Seer fish
1 cup grated coconut
Marble sized tamarind
5 round red chillies roasted
1 chopped onion
2 slit green chillies
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 tsp coconut oil
Method:
Grind grated coconut, dry red chillies and tamarind into a smooth paste.
To the above paste Add the chopped onion, green chillies, chopped ginger and coconut oil and bring to a boil. Add the fish and cook till the fish becomes hot. Serve hot with rice
