Sweet Cucumber Idli


Ingredients :
1 cup Idli rawa
1.5 cups grated coconut
1 cup grated jaggery
Salt 1/2 tsp
1.5 cups grated cucumber
Turmeric leaves cut into small squares

Method:
Dry roast idli rawa for 5 mins. Keep aside to cool.
Grind  grated coconut with  jaggery. Do not add water.
Mix the rawa with the ground mixture. Add salt and  grated cucumber. Immediately put it in idli cups. Keep one piece of turmeric leaf at the top and one at the bottom. Steam it for 25 mins.
