Undi


Ingredients:
1 cup idli rawa
1 cup grated coconut 
2 tsp sugar
Salt
2 cups water
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 sprig of curry leaves

Method:

Soak idli rawa, grated coconut, salt and sugar in water.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add the mustard seeds. When it begins to splutter add the urad dal, fenugreek seeds and curry leaves. When urad dal changes colour add the soaked mixture and keep stirring on a low flame till the water evaporates and mixture forms a lump.
Make small balls and give the shape of undi. Steam it in a steamer/Pedavan for 20-25 mins
