Vastaad Rotti


Ingredients:
1 big ripe Banana
2 tsp pepper powder
4 tsp sugar
Salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1.5 tsp baking soda 
3 tbsp curds
1.5 cups maida
Ghee

Method:
Mash the Banana. Add the pepper powder, sugar, salt, cumin seeds, baking soda and the curds. Add maida and knead a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and keep it for 2 hours. Roll a thick circle of 5 inch diameter and fry on a tawa on both sides using ghee. This tastes good with Daalithoy or Butter
