Ingredients:
Half kg yardlong beans cut into 1 cm pieces
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
3 kashmiri red chillies
2 round red chillies roasted
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 garlic cloves
1 small onion
Half cup grated coconut
Salt
Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add the beans, water, salt and cook till the beans become soft.
Grind kashmiri red chillies, round red chillies roasted, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic cloves and onion. Grind into a smooth paste. Add grated coconut and grind again for 4-5 seconds. Add this to the cooked beans and cook it for 10 mins on a low flame.
