Ingredients:
4 cups Full fat milk
1 cup sugar
2 tsp Cardamom powder
1 cup chopped almonds and chopped pista
Method:
- Boil the milk. Keep stirring every 2-3 mins till it comes to boil.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, chopped almonds and pistachios at this stage. Continue to boil for another 15-20 mins till milk reduces to 2.5 cups.
- Again keep stirring every 3 mins. Allow it to cool completely. Pour in a bowl or kulfi moulds and keep it in the freezer for 7-8 hrs to set.
- If u are pouring it in a bowl, place a cling film over the milk. It must touch the surface of the milk. This will prevent crystal formation.
