Ingredients:
2 cups dosa rice
1 tsp methi seeds
1 cup grated coconut
Salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
Method:
- Soak dosa rice and methi seeds for 4-5 hrs. Grind it with grated coconut. Make a thick batter. Keep overnight.
- Add salt, sugar and baking soda.
- Make dosas in a deep bottomed kadai. Fry on one side only
