Ingredients:
2 cups grated carrots
2 onions chopped
2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp ajwain
2 tsp dry mango (amchur) powder
Salt to taste
3 cups wheat flour
Water to knead dough
Method:
- Mix wheat flour and little salt. Add water and knead dough. Cover and keep for 15 minutes,
- In a separate bowl mix grated carrots, onion, garam masala powder, ajwain, amchur powder and salt.
- Roll paranthas with 3 tsp of stuffing and fry on both sides. Serve with yoghurt and pickles
