Chicken Pepper Fry


Ingredients:
1 Kg chicken cut into small pieces
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt
Half tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp Butter
2 onions diced
10 cloves garlic chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
4 green chillies sliced
2 tbsp crushed peppercorn
Pinch of sugar
3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice

Method:

  • Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric powder.
  • In a pan heat butter. Saute diced onion till it slightly changes colour. 
  • Add chopped garlic and curry leaves fry for a while
  • Add the slit green chillies and crushed pepper. Fry for a while
  • Add sugar and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Put the marinated chicken and little water. Cover and cook till done. 
  • Finally add lemon juice n serve hot
