Puri Aamras


Ingredients:
1 cup chopped Mango (preferably Alphonso Mango)
Sugar (optional)
1 tsp Cardamom powder
Few saffron strands
Water or milk as required

Method:
 Blend the mango chunks with sugar and water or milk. Add cardamom powder and saffron starnds. Mix well. Refrigerate for half an hour before serving
