Ingredients:
4 slices of Seer Fish
3 tbsp red chilli powder
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt
Half tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp rice flour
2 sprigs curry leaves
Oil as needed
Method:
- Marinate the fish with red chilli powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and Rice flour. Keep it for an hour.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add curry leaves. Place the fish and put more curry leaves on top. Cook on both sides till done
