Ingredients:
5 Shevai crumbled (For recipe of Shevai ,click here)
3 tsp coconut oil/ vegetable oil
2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 sprig curry leaves
3 green chillies sliced
2 tsp hing powder
Salt to taste (add only if needed as there is salt is shevai)
1/4 cup grated coconut
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds. When it begins to splutter add urad dal and curry leaves.
- When urad dal begins to change colour add green chillies, crumbled shevai and mix well.
- Add grated coconut, salt and hing. Mix well. Keep it on a low flame for 2-3 mins.
