Ingredients:
1 cup grated paneer
4 cups full fat milk
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cardamom powder
Cashews and almonds
1 tsp ghee
Pinch of saffron dissolved in milk
Method:
- Heat Milk in a thick bottomed kadai. When it comes to a boil, lower the flame and let it boil till it reduces to little more than half in quantity.
- In a separate pan heat ghee and fry the dry fruits till brown
- Add the sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and dry fruits to the milk. Keep stirring till the sugar is dissolved
- Add the paneer and mix well. Boil it for another 7-10 minutes till the paneer is cooked.
- Garnish with some more dry fruits and serve warm or chilled.
