Ingredients:
Half kg boneless chicken cut into bite sized pieces
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp cornstarch
Salt to taste
Oil to shallow fry the chicken
2 tsp oil
6 garlic cloves chopped
Half inch of ginger chopped
4 green chillies slit lengthwise
1 large onion diced
2 tsp vinegar
3 tsp soy sauce
Juice of one large lemon (Approx 2 tbsp)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame seeds
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt for half an hour.
- Sprinkle the cornstarch and shallow fry it till it turns golden
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the ginger and garlic till garlic changes colour
- Add the onions and green chillies and saute
- Add vinegar, soy sauce and the chicken. Mix well and coat the chicken well with the sauce. Add water if needed.
- Add the lemon juice, honey and sesame seeds and give a final toss. Serve with noodles or fried rice
