Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil/ghee
2 onions sliced
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 green chillies sliced
2 small beetroot chopped
2 tsp kitchen king masala/garam masala
2 cups Basmati rice
4 cups water
Salt
Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil/ghee ina pressure cooker.
- Add sliced onions and fry them till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
- Add green chillies and chopped beetroot. Fry well.
- Add kitchen king masala/garam masla powder.
- Add Basmati rice and water. Add salt and coriander leaves.
- Pressure cook it for 15 mins (3 whistles)
