Ingredients:
2 cups chopped methi leaves
Salt
3 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp oil
3/4 cup curds
Wheat flour
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except wheat flour in a bog bowl. Add wheat flour Half cup at a time and knead a soft chapathi like dough.
- Cover and keep for 20 minutes
- Divide dough into lemon sized balls and roll out each one to a thin roti. Fry on both sides using oil.
